My name is Whitney and I'm a lover of words. I have read hundreds of books and find solace in the art of writing. I currently run an online book club that has been up and running for over six years now, and I have reviewed for many publishers including Penguin, Random House, and Atria. My favorite genres are Historical Fiction and Young Adult, but I'm a sucker for romance, and love anything that can pull out emotion.

I started getting involved in the book world when I worked as a personal assistant to an Indie Author. That position opened my eyes to the editing and marketing side of things and from there, my dreams were built. I worked in the medical field for many years and while I loved learning and growing within that career, it was time to focus on me. 

 

Whether it was searching for tedious grammar errors or diving deeper and analyzing the content, I was always interested in English. I went through the Proofread Anywhere course to enhance my skills and now I can say that my passion is my career.
